Is Solo actually free, or free for a while?
Actually free. No card, no trial timer. It is limited to one device and thirty days of history, and that is the whole limitation.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Your history stays on your machine, because that is where it was the whole time. Cancelling stops sync; it does not delete anything locally.
Do you offer refunds?
Within thirty days, for any reason, without a conversation about it.
Is there a discount for students or non-profits?
Yes, write to us and say which one you are. We do not ask for proof.
