Licence and third-party attribution
===================================

WHAT YOU MAY DO
---------------
This licence covers the template files: HTML, CSS, JavaScript and the
original SVG artwork.

Personal licence
  Use in one personal, non-commercial project. One end product.

Commercial licence
  Use in one commercial project, for yourself or for one client. The end
  product may be sold or used to generate revenue. One end product.

Extended licence
  Use in a product that is itself sold to multiple end users (a SaaS
  product, a hosted site builder, a theme resold under your own brand).

For every tier you may modify the files freely, and you do not need to
credit the author in the finished site.

WHAT YOU MAY NOT DO

  - Redistribute, resell or give away the template files themselves,
    modified or unmodified, as a template, theme or starter kit.
  - Include the template files in a product whose main value is the
    template itself.
  - Claim authorship of the template.

THIRD-PARTY COMPONENTS

The template ships with, or loads, the following. Each is listed with its
own licence, which governs that component rather than this file.

1. 3D MODEL — "Stan", from the Animated Mech Pack
   Author:  Quaternius  (https://quaternius.com)
   Licence: CC0 1.0 Universal (Public Domain Dedication)
            https://creativecommons.org/publicdomain/zero/1.0/
   File:    assets/models/kip.glb
   CC0 places the work in the public domain. It may be used commercially
   and redistributed, and no attribution is required. It is credited here
   because the author's work deserves it, not because it is obligatory.
   The texture has been recoloured from the original; the geometry and
   animations are unmodified.

2. THREE.JS  (loaded from CDN, not bundled)
   Licence: MIT
   Source:  https://github.com/mrdoob/three.js
   Loaded from: https://cdn.jsdelivr.net/npm/three@0.169.0/
   Used for the 3D mascot. If you would rather self-host it, download the
   module build and change the import map in each HTML file. The site
   degrades to a static image if it is unavailable.

3. FONTS  (loaded from Google Fonts, not bundled)
   Hanken Grotesk  — SIL Open Font License 1.1
   Albert Sans     — SIL Open Font License 1.1
   Fragment Mono   — SIL Open Font License 1.1
   https://fonts.google.com
   The OFL permits commercial use and embedding. Self-host them if you
   prefer; see the documentation.

NO TRADEMARKS
-------------
The template contains no third-party trademarks, brand logos or company
names. "Kip" is a fictional product invented for the demonstration
content. Every logo, icon and illustration is original to this template
or is the CC0 model listed above.

NO STOCK PHOTOGRAPHY
--------------------
There is none, and nothing is hot-linked. Every asset the template needs
is inside the folder, so it works with no network connection except for
the fonts and Three.js noted above.
